As the Chief Creative I help business owners craft stories and build brands through campaign level thinking and execution, both online and offline. I have a master-level understanding of graphic design, typography, and filmmaking and how they individually apply to the digital realm. My understanding of brand strategy and cutting-edge tools has allowed me to facilitate the launch of new businesses, and the restoration of old ones to a competitive advantage. Additionally I’ve had the pleasure of creating motion graphics for several television shows. |

As the Creative Director I am responsible for the concept, design, and execution of innovative marketing materials for ASI and its international partner companies. I am currently supporting demolition clients in Brazil and Australia with press kits that educate the media and other interested parties about Extreme Loading Technology. Because of the time I spent developing ELT for film and graphics application, ASI allows me to apply my knowledge to their other core industries such as demolition and vulnerability assessment. Moreover I am developing a full length documentary about Extreme Loading Technology. |

During these three years, I took a new simulation technology and drove its utilization in three blockbuster films, and several television programs. TSNStudios was a subsidiary of The Steel Network, which I helped to form in order to promote Extreme Loading Technology (ELT) to the film and gamming community. Its physical simulation abilities are unprecedented, and as the Creative Director it was my responsibility to learn and develop ELT for the media and entertainment community. I am one of two people who are not engineers, who have a deep understanding of this unique technology. TSNS has become the marketing wing of Applied Science International, which continues to develop ELT, as well as structural design software for The Steel Network. |

As a subsidiary of The Steel Network, The Great Organization was a business strategies and consulting company overseen by the CEO of TSN. Now it is the information technology and software development wing of The Steel Network. During my three years working exclusively under this umbrella, I managed the development of several web and desktop applications that comprised the e-commerce and internal accountability programs for the company which are still in use today. I managed a staff of eleven, which included developers and creatives based both in Raleigh, North Carolina and Cairo, Egypt. As project manager I defined project standards and best practices, set deadlines, monitored the schedule, and communicated the project status to the CEO. |

I was originally hired for this job to develop an interactive CD using Macromedia Director (now owned by Adobe), but within a three month period of time, I had in fact created a new catalog, matching website, interactive CD, and a holiday mailer announcing it all. Two months later I was sent to Cairo, Egypt to hire and train a new graphics and web team that would support me remotely. For the next several years I planned, developed, and managed the team in Cairo on a multitude of projects including website design and maintenance, and the production of all marketing materials including magazine and online ads, catalogs, posters, trade show booths, logo designs, software development, and packaging. |

Fresh out of high school, I suddenly found myself rubbing elbows with retired admirals creating graphics and creative content for international programs and government/ military proposals. The official title was Illustrator, but the job required more than drawing pretty pictures. During this time, I created and revised printed and electronic media, both in a group environment and independently with civilian and military clients. The problem as a graphic artist working on highly classified programs is that your portfolio is under lock and key, however this job did present numerous opportunities for education in 3D, multimedia, and web design. Culminating with high honors bestowed by the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) for my support of their successful “Engineering the Total Ship” symposium (ETS 2000). |
